offers industrially hardened power supplies, UPS (interruptible power
systems), and Input/Output modules that work at the lowest level in an
automation solution where the process first touches the automation
system. The powerWARE line of power supplies are all din rail mounted
power supplies that can be ordered with various output voltage and watt
settings. The power supplies typically convert between 120VAC to 24VDC,
but DC-to-DC conversion is also available for offshore systems or
telecommunications applications where 48VDC is the typical supply
level.
The upsWARE line of UPS systems were designed to work
inside control panels. Instead of purchasing an over-the-shelf
commercial business UPS system meant for a PC, and installing it into
an industrial environment, we recommend purchasing a UPS system
designed to operate and support industrial automation applications.
The
ioWARE line of input/output modules can work with our controlMANAGER
controllers, or any PLC controller that can work with remote IO based
on Modbus RTU protocol. Analog IO modules are available for
measurements for voltage, current, thermocouple, thermistor, RTD are
offered along with Digital IO for voltage, dry contact, and relay
modules. All IO Modules are remote IO by design and can be installed
physically next to the process controller, or can be installed closer
to the plant equipment. Both wired and wireless options are available
for all IO modules.
