The spectrumWARE SS is a din rail module providing wireless radio frequency transmission using spread spectrum frequency hopping technology. Two spectrumWARE SS radios comprise a minimum network that mirror communications providing a wireless bridge between connected devices.
Point-to-point or multi-point communications with various networks can be configured for plant wide wireless network communications of serial or Ethernet communications. spectrumWARE SS radios can communicate with zigbeeWARE mesh radios, in addition to most serial or Ethernet devices, to provide network bridges for wired to wireless systems.
As with our ioWARE, and controlMANAGER products, the spectrumWARE SS radios maintain the same size, color, and form factor, and can be easily DIN rail or flush wall mounted. Image shown with standard rubber antennae, but high-gain Omni (360 degree) or Yagi (directional) antennas, coax cable, and connectors are all available as optional accessories.
